Description

A hand-painted cotton-silk tunic and modal trouser co-ord set in deep plum by Raga & Co. The Rosinha kurta features a plunging V-neckline traced with gold embellishment, voluminous cropped sleeves, and an anti-fit silhouette with side inseam pockets, while the Deane trouser falls in a straight fit with striped panels and a comfortable waistband finished with a side pleat at the hem. Style together for effortless artisanal polish or wear the tunic over neutral separates.

Where to Wear: Festive Brunch gatherings, resort evenings, or elevated daywear — wear as a statement co-ord or style the tunic layered over neutral separates for a more casual take.

Hand-embroidery and handcrafted details
Slight irregularities in hand-embroidery, weaves, and surface textures are an inherent part of the handcrafting process — not a flaw. Each variation is what makes your piece truly one of a kind.

Natural and AZO-free dyes
Fabrics dyed with natural or AZO-free dyes are produced in batches, which means subtle colour variations between pieces are natural and expected. These dyes may also gently rub, bleed, or soften in shade over time and with wash — a characteristic of conscious, chemical-free dyeing. Seasonal and weather conditions during the dyeing process can also influence the final colour outcome.

Hand-painted and discharge printed garments
Hand-painted designs and discharge printing involve a process where results can vary slightly with temperature and application — no two pieces will be identical. We see this as part of the artistry, not an inconsistency.

Print and artwork placement
In some products, the placement of prints or hand-painted motifs may vary slightly from what is shown. Our designers make considered decisions about fabric use to minimise wastage — but the print, artwork, and design itself will always remain true to what you see on the product page.

My third dress from this designer and I love wearing this on warmer days for a jaunt down to run errands or to meetup a friend over a cup of tea. The material is very comfortable and light cotton. The only downside is that it needs to be worn with a light cotton slip as its a bit see through. Love wearing the dress for sure though.
