SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

By placing an order on ciceroni.in, you agree to the terms below. This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. DISPATCH TIMELINES

All products on Ciceroni are made-to-order. Dispatch timelines are specific to each product and are displayed on the product page. As a general estimate, please allow 3–15 working days from the time your order is confirmed and your size is finalised.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 72 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed from the next working day. Weekends and public holidays extend this window accordingly.

If your order is delayed by more than 2 weeks beyond the estimated dispatch date, we will reach out to offer you two options: (a) continue with your order if you are happy to wait, or (b) cancel for a full refund, processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES — INDIA

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹12,000

Orders below ₹12,000 (prepaid): ₹150 shipping fee.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹300 facilitation fee on all COD orders.
Express shipping: ₹1,000 additional charge. Please confirm timelines with us at sales@ciceroni.in before selecting this option.

COD is available at most pin codes. If your pin code is not supported for COD, we will request you to switch to prepaid mode to proceed.

3. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and we are unable to issue a refund.

Please ensure the following details are correct at checkout:
– Complete shipping address with building name, street, and locality
– Correct PIN code
– Active mobile number

If you realise your address is incorrect after placing your order, please write to us at customercare@ciceroni.in immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect your order. If a prepaid order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will offer to reship to the correct address. Re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before reshipping. We are unable to issue a refund in this scenario.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ciceroni ships to GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman), USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and more. Please write to us at sales@ciceroni.in for shipping rates specific to your country.

All international shipments are consolidated and dispatched via our registered international logistics partner. Once dispatched from India, delivery takes a minimum of 6–8 business days.

We do not accept urgent delivery requests for international orders, nor can we commit to specific delivery dates.

Duties & Taxes: Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies are not included in your order total. These are determined by your country's regulations and are collected by the local shipping agency at the time of delivery. We recommend checking applicable import duty rates in your country before placing your order. Ciceroni is not responsible for any duties payable upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us as a result, we are unable to issue a refund, as the order was dispatched and fulfilled on our end.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Ciceroni operates on a made-to-order model with curated independent designers. We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

We will accept a return and issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
– The product received is defective or damaged
– The product received is materially different from what was shown on the product page (e.g., wrong item, significantly different colour, or wrong size dispatched)
– The order was not delivered within 2 weeks of the confirmed dispatch date (see Section 1)

To raise a return request, please write to customercare@ciceroni.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographs and your order number.

Exchanges (India only): One exchange per order. A ₹250 shipping charge applies. Exchange requests must be raised within the timeline specified in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to reverse logistics and customs implications. If you have questions about sizing before placing an international order, please write to us at sales@ciceroni.in before purchase.

6. TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

7. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

For any shipping or delivery concern, please write to us at customercare@ciceroni.in.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours. We endeavour to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt.
