1. All our products on Ciceroni are made-to-order and estimated delivery timeline for each product is mentioned in the product description page. However, do estimate a timeline of 10-25 working days on an average.

2. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

3. Our delivery timeline starts from the moment an order is accepted.

4. For orders within India, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below Rs. 3000, we levy a shipping fee of Rs. 150. There will be standard COD charge of Rs. 300 as a facilitation fee for all Cash on Delivery Orders. 

5. We ship through our registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. If in case, we are unable to deliver a COD order in a certain pin code through our delivery partners, we will request it to be converted to prepaid mode for the order to be processed.

6. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect the orders once they are dispatched to you.

7. For international deliveries, you can write to us on sales@ciceroni.in to know the shipping rates for your country. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout. Kindly note they do not include Custom Duties, Import Duties and any other Taxes applicable in your country. We request you to check the same at your end. Ciceroni will not be responsible for any extra Duties to be paid by the customer.

8. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

9. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

10. We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

11. At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

12. Exchange can only be availed only once per order. This is not applicable for International orders. We do not provide Returns and Exchange on International orders.

13. In case of International order, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.

14. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

15. Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.

16. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
