When will I receive my Order?
All brands on Ciceroni are made-to-order only. We encourage customers to check delivery
timelines before placing the order. Every designer on Ciceroni has different delivery timeline
but it usually takes from 12-15 working days minimum.

Do you cater to all sizes on Ciceroni?
We offer upto 6XL sizing in most designer labels curated on Ciceroni. We believe in
inclusivity and have been encouraging our brands to provide us full spectrum of sizes. Since
most of the designers work on made-to-order model, it is easy to accommodate any size on
Ciceroni. Please refer to the size chart for every product.

Can I exchange size if it doesn’t fit?
We take utmost care in ensuring that our size charts are well understood by customers. For
sizes above XL, we encourage customers to share correct current measurements to avoid
any fitting issues. If in any case there is still a size issue, we will be happy to help you in
exchanging the size.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
We believe in sustainable practices that are good for people and planet both. Since all our
designers work on made-to-order model, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If
the product is faulty or damaged from our side, we do offer store credits. If there is a size
issue despite of our thorough communication, we offer Size Exchange.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We accept all modes of payment including Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI
payments and COD.
Do you deliver globally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Kindly refer to our Shipping Policy document for
