Ciceroni is a Hyperlocal Fashion & Lifestyle Event Discovery and Curated E-commerce Platform started by Neha Sheth in 2016. Vocal for Local has been the underlying philosophy of Ciceroni right from its inception. We started as a Review guide in Ahmedabad with a meticulously organized list of local exhibitions, brands and stores to help fashionista decide whether they should step out or not. Ciceroni soon became an online community dedicated to downright honest and credible reviews on brands, trends, haute couture, ensembles, accessories, interiors, home decor, toiletries, artefacts and curios.

In 2020, we forayed into Curated E-commerce as a natural extension to discovery site. It was one step forward in closing the loop from being merely a discovery platform to now facilitating readers to shop from Indian homegrown labels. Ciceroni sheds light on emerging artisanal labels that are handcrafted, inclusive and slow in their approach. Design is given primary importance at curation process at Ciceroni with an inherent belief that sustainability should be a norm, not a differentiating factor for fashion brands. 80% of Ciceroni’s affordable luxury labels follow sustainable business practices in their sourcing, production and logistics while others are a work in progress.

Besides being an E-commerce platform, Ciceroni lists and reviews carefully curated Fashion & lifestyle exhibitions in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat currently.

Our Vision

Ciceroni’s vision is to be the platform of choice for aspiring individuals looking to shop fashion and lifestyle products in affordable luxury space by offering eclectic, edgy and classy curation from India’s emerging designers. 

In a market that is flooded with E-commerce giants, Ciceroni intends to ride on its curatorial capacity of spotting emerging and often hidden talent from nooks and corners of India thus catering to evolved consumer of today who wants something new and artistic. With a strong focus on local brands, crafts and handlooms, Ciceroni’s E-commerce platform has a water tight curation of 65+ emerging designers of India.

Founder & CEO

With a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, Neha Sheth started her career in the Silicon valley and worked for a decade with start-ups and organizations like BMC Software and McAfee. She started Musikaar, a boutique Indian firm providing services in software development and quality assurance for Hi-tech companies in North America, in 2005 when she returned back to India. While being focused on her tech-business Musikaar, Neha, with her keen interest in fashion, noticed that fashion business in Gujarat was growing at a tremendous rate with national and international brands vying with each other to gain a foothold in the state.

Consumers were looking for interesting alternative fashion brands but didn’t have time to visit stores to buy. Also, shopping decisions have always been made easier with genuine and trusted peer recommendations, be it on-ground or online. Thus, having identified the need-gap in fashion and lifestyle sector specific search and review platform in India, Neha Sheth founded Ciceroni, a Hyperlocal Fashion & Lifestyle Event Discovery Platform in Ahmedabad in 2016. 

Neha believes in consistently delivering high quality work with honesty, integrity and transparency. With more than 27+ years of work experience under her belt, she has earned several awards including ‘Swayam Siddha Award” conferred by GCCI Business Women’s Wing, “ Best Woman Entrepreneur award in IT” by GESIA and “FLO Sambhava Award in Entrepreneurship” by FICCI FLO Ahmedabad chapter. She had been TIE Ahmedabad chapter president ( 2014 -2016).
