All our designer work on made-to-order model thereby practicing environment friendly practices to avoid stock wastage. We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in ensuring correct deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:

  • Ciceroni’s designer apparels are eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 48 hours of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
  • Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
  • Footwear sought to be exchanged, should be unused. Footwear worn for trials, must be tried on a carpeted surface as worn soles will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Customised products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

    EXCHANGE PROCESS

    If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery via Email at customercare@ciceroni.in

    • For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
    • In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.

    Our customer care team will evaluate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

    In case of quality issue/defect:

    • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
    • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice. Please note if the Pincode is not serviceable by our delivery partner, you will need to send the courier back.
    • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
    • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
    • Our credit notes can be used on our website.

    In case of size exchange of garments:

    • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
    • Please send the product back to us at the below address, carefully packaged.

    Polkacrowd Private Limited

    1. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection and once we have received payment for shipping charges of the new piece, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
    2. In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the amount after deduction of the initial shipping charges.
    1. Our credit notes can be used on our website.
    2. We offer size exchange only for the same style and brand of clothing purchased.
    3. We are unable to entertain requests to replace garments with a different style and designer even if the price is the same.
    4. Please note that size exchanges will not be applicable for purchases made during a sale/discount period or on customized orders.

    REFUND POLICY

    • If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
    • In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
    • The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on our website.

    RETURN POLICY 

    We do not accept RETURNS on any product unless the product is damaged.

    Hence, we encourage customers to make mindful purchases to avoid any returns.  

     CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
    • As part of usual business practice, Ciceroni reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Ciceroni.

    SALE PURCHASE TERMS

    • Each sale is applicable on select products and may not be applicable on all products on the Site.
    • There will be no exchange or return of products on sale or discount
    • Specific sale offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount or coupon code
    • In case your order consists of products on sale or discounts and full-priced merchandise, your coupon or discount code will only be applied to the non-discounted product
    • Any discount changes during or after the sale will not apply to future or previous purchases
    • COD orders are subject to order confirmation done via phone call or email. During sale, the timeline for the same is 48 to 72 hours. Orders not confirmed will be cancelled

     BILLING

     Cash on Delivery

    • We only collect the amount printed on the invoice
    • There will be standard COD charge of Rs.300 as a facilitation fee
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be applicable on all pin codes
    • All COD orders will be verified over a call, before being processed
    • If We are not able to reach you within 3 calls, the order will be cancelled
    • 100% COD may not be available on all orders. We may require you to pay an advance of upto 50% of the invoice value upfront.
      • For COD Orders that contain sizes above 2XL in clothing, an advance pre-payment of up to 50% of the order value will be applicable
    • COD Orders, once processed for making, cannot be clubbed with any ongoing sale at a later date.

    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Orders once confirmed, can be cancelled/amended only within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
    • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
    • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
    • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
    • Please ensure that the delivery received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
    • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until   our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
