Harper's Lane - Sustainable Women's Clothing from Bengal
Harper’s Lane finds its charm in creating soulful clothing inspired by the authentic rhythm of people and places and their stories. Their design celebrates everyday wearables with distinctive pieces made out of natural fabrics. The fluid cuts and the mindful details of the pieces make them timeless, seasonless and to be worn for years. The brand is inspired by Harp, a musical instrument which always reminded the designer of the simplicity of the European countryside she visualized in the novels she read and the lanes of Kolkata where she grew up; intertwining the love for English Literature and her native place, Bengal. Submerged in the iambic petrichor of two different regions, her imaginations mingled into one which she poured into textiles at Harper's Lane.
