1. Exchange/Return Policy: In order to return/exchange a product it must be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 7 days of receiving the products.
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
2. Revise/Cancellation Policy: If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number in the subject line, within 24 hours of placing the order. As part of usual business practice, Ciceroni reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Ciceroni.
Refund Policy: Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
