Care   

• Let the candle burn for at least 4 hours in the first run.
  
  
• Trim the wick to 1/4th inch after every burn (or whenever you notice black smoke).
  
  
• Don't leave burning candles unattended.
  
  
• Keep away from children and pets.
  
  
• Do not burn till the end of jar (stop burning when 1/2 inch of un-melted wax remains)

On confirmation of order, the products will be shipped in 2 working days.  

Return & Exchange 

• In case of receipt of damaged piece in transit, you can write to us on hello@ciceroni.in and return the product with intact tags and receipt or proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving the products. If you receive a broken candle jar please provide with photos and videos as proof of damage.
  
  
• We do not accept return orders on the basis of any individual not getting enough smell of the candle.
  
  
• Used candles will not be accepted for return.
